Evidence and Notes

Good notes separate what a source says from what you think about it. Write a short fact in your own words, then add the title, author, and page or link. That makes the fact easier to find again.

Use more than one source for an important claim. If two sources disagree, compare their dates, evidence, and expertise. A newer date is useful but does not automatically make a source right.

When you share your answer, give credit to your sources. A reader should be able to trace your evidence without guessing. That is how research becomes trustworthy.
