How the 4-digit code works and why we can't reset it for you.
How It Works
Each profile can have a 4-digit code. Once set, the code is asked for every time you switch into that profile. It keeps siblings out of each other's work and keeps little hands out of the grown-up reports.
Your Code Never Leaves The Device
Codes are stored only on the device, never sent to us. That is the safe design, and it has one real consequence: we cannot look up or reset a forgotten code. If a code is lost, remove the profile on that device and make it again.
Changing Or Removing A Code
Open the profile, enter the current code, and pick a new one or turn it off from the profile settings.
